Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at Paw Prints Trading Cards. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not dispatched or delivered on Weekends  or Bank Holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer Free Shipping on all orders over £50. For orders under £50, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All orders are delivered using Royal Mail.

Note: Delivery timescales are estimates provided by Royal Mail. Delays can occasionally occur due to peak seasonal volumes or local postal disruptions.

3. Order Tracking

If you select a tracked shipping service, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can track your package directly on the Royal Mail website.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes for European Orders

For deliveries to Europe, please note that your order may be subject to local import duties, VAT, or customs clearance fees upon arrival in your country. Paw Prints Trading Cards is not responsible for these charges; they are the responsibility of the customer.

Missing or Lost Packages

Royal Mail asks that we allow a certain number of days before a package is officially considered "lost":

  • UK: 10 working days after the due date.

  • Europe: 20 working days after the due date.

If your delivery window has passed and you have checked with your local sorting office or neighbors, please contact us at pawprintstradingcards@gmail.com with your order number so we can investigate and assist you.
